Zimulti (rimonabant) is a drug used for the treatment of obesity. You will be recommended to combine it with a healthier diet and exercise and will need to follow all the recommendations to get the result you want. Make sure you always follow the recommendations of your health care provider. Never take more of Zimulti than recommended, as an overdose is possible. The following are possible symptoms of an overdose: fatigue, euphoria, headache, and insomnia. Make sure you tell your doctor if you have taken too much of Zimulti, or seek emergency medical help in that case if your doctor is not available. Side effects are common, especially at the beginning of the treatment and can include the following symptoms: irritability, nausea, restlessness, vomiting, anxiety, irritability, dizziness, anorexia, depression, nausea, sleep problems, dry mouth, and some other ones. Please make sure you inform your health care provider of any side effects you get if they do not go away soon. In most cases, however, the side effects caused by Zimulti are short-lived and there is no need to report them. Do not share your dose of Zimulti with other people to whom it was not prescribed.
